Betsy Haas
is CEO and Lead Trainer of Esteemed Human
Development International, a training company
specializing in motivation, customer service,
personal effectiveness, facilitation skills,
staff appreciation and acknowledgment, stress
management, child development, parent empowerment,
self-esteem, team building communication
skills, etc. A member of the National Speakers
Association, Betsy has extensive experience
as a keynote speaker and seminar facilitator.
She also performs personal effectiveness
coaching for executives, managers, management
teams and individuals. She provides tools
to assist individuals in the accomplishment
of personal and professional goals. She
has been an instructor at the University
of LaVerne and at the Los Angeles Community
College District. Combining high energy,
humor and compassion, she empowers audiences,
coaching clients and workshop participants
to improve the quality of their lives.
Betsy earned her Master of Arts degree
from Pacific Oaks College and has over 31
years of experience in the field of human
development. She is a member of:

Betsy was voted 1999 Businesswoman of
the year by the Business Alliance of Los
Angeles.

Jennifer
Montgomery
Training
Consultant/Diversity Expert
Jennifer has 15 years of experience
in Early Childhood Education as a Preschool
Teacher, Center Director, Instructor and
Consultant. Jennifer was a Center Director
for 5 years in the for-profit child care
industry. She is currently an Early Childhood
Education instructor at El Camino College.
Jennifer serves as campus liaison for El
Camino College for Beach Cities AEYC and
as an Academy Validator for NAEYC. Jennifer
has a Bachelor’s and Master’s
Degree in Child and Family Studies from
California State University, Long Beach.
Her expertise is in diversity, multicultural
and anti-bias curriculum.

Jeni
Butterworth - MA

Consultant
Jeni holds a Masters of Arts in Educational Psychology, Early Childhood Specialization, from California State University, Northridge. She has been managing corporate-sponsored, non-profit, church- and hospital-based programs for over 20 years. Diversity training and it's importance on the early childhood classroom environment and care setting is among one of many training specialities that Jeni enjoys. She has proven success in achieving NAEYC Accreditation in her own program, as well as in a consulting role with other programs. She has presented at national and regional conferences and taught Early Childhood Program Administration for Loyola Marymount University. Jeni has 2 children, ages 6 and 8 and lives in Southern California. |

Denise Forlizzi combines her extensive background in sales, teaching and customer awareness to bring alive the topics and trainings she facilitates with Esteemed Human Development International.
Denise is passionate about calling forward everyone’s highest potential and does that in all her training sessions. She is great at asking the questions and encouraging people to find their own answers, whether it is in the training sessions or with friends over a cup of coffee.
AA from LA Valley College and a BS equivalent in Business Administration/Marketing from Cal State Northridge Denise is also a certified paralegal and now a certified hand analyst!
She stands for growth, learning, fun, balance and integrity and brings her enthusiasm for all of these wherever she is. |

Ellen has over 25 years experience in Sales, Management, Training and Coaching. She holds a B.S. degree in Business Management and is currently enrolled at The University of Santa Monica in a Masters Program for Spiritual Psychology. She is also the founder of The Parents Playhouse. A company she had established to provide support to parents. She developed and taught parenting classes & workshops and created a newsletter filled with informative articles, antidotes, tips and resources. Ellen’s corporate background includes training sales executives, customer service representatives, realtors, and Fortune 500 accounts. In addition to her degrees, her diverse educational background encompasses being a Certified Trainer, Parenting Coach, Actor, Exercise Instructor, and Science of Mind Practitioner in training. She has 9 year old twins and lives in Southern California.
