Each workshop has its own curriculum, however all workshops can be tailored to the needs of your organization. We work with you before your event to determine exactly what results you would like to create and from there design the workshop.

Change Management (Flowing with The River Of Change):
Grab on to the new; let go of the old! Moving out of your comfort zone is extremely uncomfortable, but it’s the only way to bridge the gap from where you are to where you want to be. Refuse to take the easy way out and rethink your position.

Gratitude (An Attitude of Gratitude Give You Latitude):
Gratitude is a form of social support that helps keep your mind, body and spirit fit! It puts a spring in your step, makes you sleep better and creates a stronger sense of connection to those around you. Spend a few minutes a day reflecting on just five things you’re thankful for.

Self-Esteem (Putting the SELF Back Into Self-Esteem):
No one is more important, special or worthy than you are! Just as you take responsibility
for your Level of physical fitness, you need to likewise take complete responsibility for the content and quality of your mind. After all, you have to live there!

Attitude Adjustment (Accent Your Strengths to Help You More):
It is far better to dare worthwhile things and fail, than to dare nothing and succeed. So face life with hope by being nice to yourself when things go wrong. Defeat those lousy attitudes by making new plans that will let you take positive action.

Parent Training (Working Together To Build The Future):
Our mission is to help parents help kids by providing parents with the information they need
to participate more with the professionals that work with them.

Team Building (Esteem Within The Team):
Learning to build and work within a team so those participants become more effective, productive and satisfied team members. Workshop participants will see demonstrated how to become a more empowered worker through empowering their teammates. We use the framework of the five components of an esteemed team.

Burnout (First Aid for Burnout):
Burnout is a state of frustration brought about by a devotion to the cause, a way of life, or a relationship that failed to produce the expected reward. What are the causes and effects of worker burnout?

Things associated with burnout are: Role-conflict - conflict of responsibilities; Role ambiguity - don't know what is expected; Role overload - can't say NO!!! Learn to recognize the warning signs and take corrective action early. Better yet, learn how to structure your organization so that you can prevent these situations before they arise.

Communication (Can We Talk? Effective Communication Skill Building):
The foundation of all of our workshops and the work that we do. Experience what power-full and effective communication really is, what are the components of effective communication and why we should bother in the first place.

Using fun and enjoyable exercises and lectures, participants have the opportunity to practice using these new techniques. We use the framework of 4 different communication styles: the ways we see and hear the world. All effective communication is based on our Silver Rule: Do unto to others not as you prefer to treat them, but as they prefer to be treated!

Appreciation and Acknowledgment (Thank Me, Thank You!):
The foundation of the most wanted people want on this planet. They say if I really appreciate who I am that I will get a big head and be conceited. Yet, if I don't who will? This session explores the many ways that we reject acknowledgment and appreciation. We also uncover many tools that we can use to become self sufficient in our quest for allowing the good into our lives.

Motivation (How to Empower, Inspire, and Motivate the People YOU GET to Work with):
How do you become motivated? As a team leader, supervisor, etc. how do you motivate others? In this workshop you will have the opportunity to learn how the experts do it, but you will have the opportunity to discover the unique skills that you have to motivate yourself and others.

Management (Motivational Management...Using the Heart to Create Results):
What is management? More than just handing out assignments and deadlines, successful managers' use many tools and know what tools to use for each and every situation they encounter. In this workshop learn what it takes to effectively manage for optimal results and create a happy and fulfilled team in the process.
